2. General Provisions

2.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations of consumers and the trader when purchasing goods through the online store.
2.2. By using the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2.3. The agreement between the parties is concluded remotely, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Commerce Act.

3. Registration and Access

3.1. Users may place orders without registration.
3.2. When registering, the user must provide accurate and truthful information.
3.3. The trader is not responsible for incorrectly submitted or incomplete information.

4. Products and Prices

4.1. All prices are in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT.
4.2. Product descriptions and images are up to date, but slight variations in color may occur due to different display settings.
4.3. The trader reserves the right to update prices before an order is finalized.

5. Orders

5.1. Orders are accepted 24/7.
5.2. The user receives confirmation via phone call or message.
5.3. The trader reserves the right to decline an order in cases of:

lack of stock
incorrect or incomplete information
suspicion of fraudulent activity

6. Payment

6.1. Payment is accepted only via cash on delivery upon receipt.
6.2. The customer receives a fiscal receipt/document issued by the courier.

7. Delivery

7.1. Deliveries are carried out by Econt Express.
7.2. Delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
7.3. Deliveries are available only within Bulgaria.
7.4. Delivery fees follow Econt’s official pricing.
7.5. If the shipment is refused or not collected, the customer must cover the transportation costs.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

8.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
8.2. The product must be:

in original commercial condition
without signs of use
with all original labels attached
clean and free of odors

8.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8.4. The amount will be refunded to a bank account provided by the customer within 14 days after the returned item is processed.

9. Claims (Complaints)

9.1. A complaint may be submitted in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
9.2. The trader is responsible for non-conformity within a period of 2 years.
9.3. In case of a complaint, the customer may choose between:

replacement
repair
refund

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The full Privacy Policy is available on a separate page of the website.

11. Copyright

The images, descriptions, and textual content related to the products on the Fitness Rags online store are provided to “HARUDA” Ltd. by the official partners and manufacturers from whom the goods are supplied. All rights to the original visual and textual materials belong to their respective copyright holders and are used with appropriate authorization.

“HARUDA” Ltd. has the right to use these materials solely for:

presenting products in the online store
advertising the products
online sales

The use of any content from the website by third parties—including copying, modifying, distributing, or publishing—is prohibited without prior written consent from “HARUDA” Ltd. or the respective copyright owner.

12. Disputes

Disputes are resolved through negotiation or before the competent Bulgarian court.
